Amb Calma, Tranquil-Let

Originally from Ireland, where I ran a commercial studio, Muro in the Balearic Islands is now home.
‘Amb Calma, Tranquil·let’, a Mallorcan idiom used to convey a sense of calm, patience and tranquility, inspired a return to work with more personal meaning.My photography explores a place where experience, memory, and imagination are intertwined. On an Island, nature's contrasts are intensified. In the imperfections this accelerates, I find nostalgia, intimacy and a reminder we are of the natural world not apart from it.
